Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bijoy7 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("the Player", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the bijoy7 website at bijoy7.bio. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

bijoy7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of bijoy7 services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, which serves as your unique account identifier. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

Eligibility requirements for bijoy7 accounts:

• Minimum age: 21 years. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using bijoy7.
• One account per individual: registering more than one account is prohibited.
• You must be the legitimate owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on your account.
• Employees, directors, contractors, and agents of bijoy7, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts.

bijoy7 may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification documents at any point during account registration or prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

bijoy7 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, as well as Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and major debit/credit cards including Visa and Mastercard where applicable.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your bijoy7 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bijoy7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (the "same-source rule"). This rule exists as a standard anti-money-laundering control. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Under normal operating conditions, withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of the request being approved. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Currency: All balances, bets, and transactions on bijoy7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits.

bijoy7 reserves the right to request documentary verification of a player's identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where fraud or money laundering is suspected, and where required bijoy7 may report relevant information to appropriate authorities.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bijoy7 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, device, and IP address. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting wagers typically count at 100% of stake toward the wagering requirement. Live casino and slot wagers may count at lower percentages as specified per promotion.
• bijoy7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify promotion terms, or cancel a player's bonus balance where abuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus balances that expire are forfeited automatically.

Players who wish to withdraw their real-money deposit balance without meeting bonus wagering requirements may do so, but the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.

Section 5

Betting Rules & Game Terms

Sports Betting: All sports wagers placed on bijoy7 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or the result is otherwise uncertain, bijoy7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. In-play bets are accepted on the basis of real-time data; bijoy7 is not liable for delays in data feeds that may affect the accuracy of displayed odds at the moment a bet is placed.

Casino & Slots: All casino games and slot titles on bijoy7 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently verified for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the respective game provider. The house edge is inherent in all games, and bijoy7 makes no guarantee of winnings.

Crash Games: Crash games including Aviator by Spribe operate on a provably fair algorithm. The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins. Failure to cash out before the crash multiplier reaches its end point results in the full loss of the staked amount for that round.

Void Bets: bijoy7 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a bet has been placed on an event with a predetermined outcome already known to the player, or where a system error has generated incorrect odds or game outcomes.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming & Player Protection

bijoy7 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform operates a strict 21+ age policy and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Down Periods: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which your account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bijoy7. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bijoy7 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void.
• Collusion with other players in any casino game or poker format.
• Money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent responsible gaming restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or transact on bijoy7.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the bijoy7 platform, its software, or its data systems.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Termination

bijoy7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, bijoy7 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player or due to inactivity, any legitimate real-money balance (net of voided bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days of the closure request.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the bijoy7 platform — including but not limited to the bijoy7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bijoy7 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, modify, or create derivative works from any bijoy7 content without prior written permission. Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bijoy7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by technical failure, maintenance, or third-party service outages.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

The bijoy7 platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. bijoy7 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform or the accuracy of any odds, scores, or data displayed.

Section 11

Privacy & Data Protection

bijoy7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on bijoy7, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or these Terms.

Section 12

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the bijoy7 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the bijoy7 support team.

Disputes regarding bet outcomes must be raised with bijoy7 support within 72 hours of the relevant event. bijoy7's decision on game and bet outcomes is final, subject to any applicable review process. For unresolved complaints, players may seek independent resolution through appropriate consumer dispute mechanisms available in their jurisdiction.

Section 13

Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bijoy7 and supersede all prior agreements or understandings regarding the subject matter herein.

No Waiver: Failure by bijoy7 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
